While a lot has been said about Siargao - all the good and the bad - I could not hold myself back from visiting this island over and over again. They say it's the Siargao "curse". Maybe? I don't know for certain. All I know is coming to the island gives me some sort of a reset.

My undying love for the arts has led me to this very day.

Fra Luca Pacioli's definition of accounting as an "art" has probably beguiled me into becoming an accountant. Studying accounting was not the kind of art I signed up for. However, I am still quite grateful for the foundation he has built that has become my career. Without learning the art of accounting, I wouldn't probably get to enjoy the kind of art that could touch my soul.

By the end of September, I knew I had to come to my most favorite place for healing. Siargao has always ranked number one in that aspect. It checks all my boxes.

It has been 5 years since I made an informative blog post about Siargao, and so this time, I wanted to share with everyone all the deets in my latest Siargao retreat.

On the same weekend, we decided to go on a thrift shop shopping spree where I spent 330 pesos for 7 pieces of clothing. I know. What a steal, right?

I've always been into the dramatics - all the emotions, the flavors and flares of life.

When I was young, I used to get so offended when people call me "OA" (over acting). I remember how that was always the main hurtful criticism about me. I grew up thinking drama was such a bad thing. All throughout my childhood and teenage years, I wanted to be disassociated with the word "drama". I don't know why I it offended me so much. All I know is that I just don't want to be described by it.

I've done countless overrated things (all of which are sprung out from random surge of emotions), so why not add on to the list this long ass year-end post.

Clearly, 2022 isn't the year of blogging for me. I've been out and about and just have completely forgotten about how comforting it is to type away my thoughts without giving everything else much bearing. 

The only reflection I've hold on to for the entire weekend I've spent alone in the house is that solitude is a luxury, and I'm going to find it extremely difficult to find a man who'd be very much willing to compete with my solitude.

Like how a usual life post I make, I'd like to start off by saying I've been quite well.
