I was checking my bank account to see if I could still be able to spoil myself with a little something. I really wanted to buy the book. I don't know why I wanted to buy it. I idolize her, yes. But I found the book much of a luxury for me, especially that I'm on a tight budget. But nonetheless, I convinced myself only because the book is going to be a ticket for me to finally meet her, Kryz Uy - one of the top bloggers in the Philippines, and one of my fave, too. She's having a book signing event here in Cebu, and guess again who's coming? Yes yes yes! Me! I know you can probably hear the excitement in my tone just by reading this post. Haha!

So as you can probably see, I've exerted much effort just to photograph the book because I wanted to give justice to the great artwork that has been done in the book. Oh how I wish I could digitally lend you the book, but I can't - that would be illegal (I think).

How could resist photographing such a lovely book in a flatlay? I mean, everybody on Instagram is quite obsessed with flatlays. I mean, aren't you?

I probably don't need to endorse the book to you because let's face it, my "book review" isn't going to matter as much as others who are more influential than me. But I'd like to still believe that it would still matter simply because I'm a fan. And Kryz loves her fans.

I love the book simply because it is so natural. I mean, there's no need for lavish words for me to appreciate the book. She clearly placed her heart and soul into the book, and can see how she's in a happy disposition in her life right now, and as a fan I am lucky enough to even get a peek at what her life is like. And I hope and just fervently praying that one day I would be at least half of what she is right now.
