TBPC S1 E10: Seven Things I've Truly Realized While Moving On

8:07 PM

On another episode of an emotionally loaded podcast.
If you're up for another pep talk while I try to process my own emotions, this episode might be for you.

Oh wow! You're still reading this part? Hahaha anyway, if you've finished streaming this week's episode or if you didn't feel like having to listen to someone yap about her feelings but do want to read what this week's episode is all about then you've come to the right place!!

Although, I wouldn't want to make a transcript of what my exact words are on the podcast, I do still would want to share with you the bullet points and notable lines on this episode.
  1. Love yourself harder than they can hurt you, that's how you make the pain go away. - we have to value ourselves enough to not let our mishaps mold us into a version of ourselves we would despise in the future.
  2. Letting go is not for the other person, but it's for you. - To be truly happy and attain that pure unadulterated joy, you must let go of the things that's keeping you stuck in place.
  3. Love is never linear. - "If you make love linear, that removes the choice of the other person. How would you feel if you were suddenly obligated to love someone just because he does all these things for you."
  4. Love evolves. - The way you love would also change along with the type of love you are giving and receiving.
  5. We grieve about the persons we used to be, and the persons we could've been. - I also grieve about the persons we could've been, because these are the versions of ourselves that we be impossible for us to explore anymore.
  6. "What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger" - Listen to this Kelly Clarkson song.
  7. "What's meant for you will never miss you." - The right person at the wrong time is still the wrong person.
But seriously, if you do have the time, stream this latest episode. I swear it's something worth listening to. You can just play it in the background while doing chores, working from home or browsing thru social media.

It's the support for me 💛

Anyway, thank you everyone who has already tuned in and I hope y'all would still come back for my next episodes.

Keep Posted.
