What's Inside My Bag

9:55 PM

Have you ever just look at people and wonder what could be inside their satchels? I know. I know. I'm sounding quite of a robber here, but really, I just couldn't get a better introduction for this post. So please forgive me? :)

But please disregard that nonsensical intro and let me get you down with what this post is really all about.

For the next 5-6 months, I will be quite busy with the whole getting ready for the board exams thing. And with that the insides of my black Parisian sling bag will be pretty much stuffed with all things essential for school. I'm pretty much living like a student still, but without the hassle of getting my attendance checked. Woohoo!

I have already numbered the items in the photo.

  1. Tissues - Lately, this has become a staple in my life. I mean, tissues are really very important wherever you go.
  2. Wallet
  3. Yellow Highlighter - not green, not pink, but yellow. I only use yellow highlighter because I feel like I am able to remember the highlighted ones more.
  4. Mechanical Pencil - I use this in writing extra notes that are in the reviewee's powerpoint but are not in the handouts. Used to use a ballpen but erasing mistakes has been kind of a hassle.
  5. Ballpen - I don't really know why I still bring a ballpen. I guess, it's just for "just in case" purposes
  6. Correction Tape
  7. Coin Purse
  8. A Broken Hair Doctor Comb - Apparently, when other people use my comb it gets broken. And I didn't want to buy another one yet.
  9. Notebook - Where I write solutions for the multiple choice questions in the handouts.
  10. Handouts/Popsheets - For me to follow through the discussion. Every reviewee just needs to have their own handouts upon entering the room.
  11. Vitamins - just in case, I forget to take them.
  12. Alcohol
  13. Perfume/Cologne
  14. Candies - I'm pretty much hungry 24/7.
  15. Powerbank
  16. Bluetooth Earpiece - For the hectic commute and to get my sanity in this fast-paced world. Sometimes, you just have to let the music sink in to your soul to make you realize things you barely even notice were there.
